General Policies

  • Age Requirement: Primary guests must be 23 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Check-Out Time: All guests must vacate their rooms no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Pet Policy: We are a pet-free property. No animals are permitted on the premises.
  • Occupancy: Room occupancy is limited to the number of registered guests. Unregistered guests are not permitted in guest rooms after 11:00 PM.
  • Right to Refuse Service: As a privately owned and operated establishment, we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Smoke-Free Policy

  • Holiday Sands North is a 100% smoke-free property.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the entire property, including all guest rooms, common areas, and balconies.
  • First Violation: $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your account.
  • Second Violation: Immediate eviction from the property with no refund.

Noise & Conduct

  • Loud or excessive noise is prohibited on resort property at all times.
  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful to other guests and staff.
  • Violation of conduct policies may result in a $250 policy violation fee and/or removal from the property.

Housekeeping Services

  • Housekeeping services are available by request only between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
  • Staff will not enter your room without your explicit request.
  • Fresh linens are delivered daily to each room.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for inclement weather conditions.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures.
  • Please review cancellation terms at the time of booking.

Night Watch & Liability

  • In-room safes are provided for your convenience.
  • Pursuant to innkeeper's law, the resort cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Please secure your vehicles and do not leave valuables visible. The resort is not responsible for vehicle theft or damage.
