Reservations & Policies

Holiday Sands North is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas. They are strictly prohibited anywhere else on the property — including outside the building, in the unloading zone, in guest rooms, and on balconies. Violation of this policy will result in a fee of up to $250 and may be grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

Reservations made directly with us may be canceled free of charge up to two weeks prior to arrival. Modifications are subject to availability and front desk approval. Please call us at 1-800-448-1091 to make changes.

Reservations made through third-party sites such as Booking.com, Expedia, or similar platforms must be canceled or modified directly through that provider.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Check-in is guaranteed at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We do not offer late check-out. Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of the front desk and may incur additional charges.

All guests in the party must be 23 years of age or older. Guests under 23 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

No, golf carts are not permitted anywhere on the property. If renting a golf cart during your stay, please confirm parking arrangements with your rental company in advance.

Yes, a $100 security deposit is collected at check-in. We accept both card and cash. The deposit is fully refundable upon checkout provided no damages or policy violations are found. Please note that violations of our pet or smoking policies may result in a fee of up to $250.

Yes, complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property. Login information is provided at check-in.

Yes! Our indoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, and hot tub are heated and open year-round. The outdoor pool operates seasonally. Pool hours are 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Yes! Complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar, and cups are available at the front desk.

Yes, snack and beverage vending machines are conveniently located on the property.

Guests must be at least 16 years old to use the fitness center. Guests under 16 may use the facility when accompanied by a parent or guardian. To access the gym, exchange your room key for the fitness center key at the front desk.

Every room is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. Complimentary coffee is always available at the front desk. Suites with full kitchens also feature a stovetop and cookware, giving you everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay.

We provide pool towels for use at our on-site pools, but they are not permitted to be taken to the beach. If you need beach towels, there are plenty of shops nearby where you can pick some up.

Guest Services

Fresh linens are delivered to your door daily. Full housekeeping service is available upon request with 24-hour advance notice.

Yes, coin-operated washers and dryers are available for guest use on the 3rd floor of the South Tower.

Cots and rollaway beds are not available. For the health and safety of our guests, this service was discontinued following COVID-19.

Parking

A 10-minute loading zone is available directly in front of the North Tower for check-in and unloading. After check-in, all guest parking is located across the street. Our hotel sits directly on the oceanfront, so we offer four spacious lots with enough capacity to accommodate even our busiest events and peak seasons.

One-bedroom units receive one parking pass, and two-bedroom units receive two parking passes.

Yes, trailer parking is available in one of our lots. Trailers must not exceed 19 feet in length (tail to tongue).

Street meters are city-owned and enforced March 1 - September 30. Meters are free October 1 - February 28. Vehicles displaying valid handicap placards, Purple Heart, Disabled American Veteran, Medal of Honor, or qualifying military plates may park free year-round at any public meter in South Carolina.
